APRL is managed by its Board of Directors. The Board consists of eleven APRL members, including the five elected leaders and six At-Large Directors. The association’s executive director may attend Board meetings but is not a participating member and cannot vote. Each At-Large Director is generally appointed to a two-year term. Each elected leader serves in an appointed leadership position for one year.
